Please note: the warehouse is run by our supplier/freight partner, not by REO — their team isn't our staff and don't work directly for us.
✅ Suitable vehicle: A van, ute, truck or trailer that can fit and carry the weight of your order. Cars and SUVs often aren't suitable.
✅ Loading assistance: Loading is your responsibility. Any help offered is entirely at the warehouse's discretion, and only where it doesn't interrupt their operations or create a safety risk.
✅ Securing the load: You'll need your own rated straps/restraints and are responsible for securing your equipment for the trip home.
🚫 Unsafe loading, rooftop loading, or loads hanging out the back of the vehicle will not be permitted.
💡 Our tip: delivery is fully insured until you sign for it, and saves you the hassle altogether — worth considering even with the extra cost.
👉 FORKLIFT LOADING – IMPORTANT
Forklift loading depends on your vehicle, access and conditions on the day.
✅ 1. Your vehicle must be suitable
A trailer alone doesn't automatically qualify — generally a flatbed vehicle or truck is needed for safe forklift access.
✅ 2. The forklift needs safe access
There must be enough clearance for the forklift to approach, lift and place the equipment safely. If access or positioning isn't suitable, loading can't happen.
✅ 3. Final call happens on the day
Even if forklift loading was discussed beforehand, the team assesses your actual vehicle and conditions on arrival.
✅ 4. Safety comes first, always
If the vehicle, access or loading method is unsafe, staff can refuse — this isn't negotiable, for everyone's sake.
🙏 A friendly reminder: the crew are there to load their own delivery trucks, not customer vehicles — please be patient and courteous, it makes the process smoother for everyone.
