Large cabinet or cool room?
A cool room does the work of a row of cabinets and you can wheel trolleys into it, but it has to be built and installed on site. A large cabinet plugs in, needs no build and can be moved later.

What supply does a large fridge need?
Check the electrical requirement on the product page. Larger cabinets often need their own circuit, and they shed real heat into the room.

How do I keep temperature even inside?
Leave airflow around stock, keep shelves below the load line and clean the condenser regularly.
Monitor with fridge and freezer thermometers.
What about smaller sites?
Medium commercial fridges and small commercial fridges cover the sizes below.

Will a large fridge fit through the door?
Measure the doorway, corridor, lift and any corners before ordering, and use the crated dimensions rather than the cabinet size. Access is the most common reason a large cabinet has to be returned.
Where access is tight, two smaller units often solve it; see 2 door commercial fridges.
How much heat does a large cabinet put into the kitchen?
A large compressor sheds real heat into the room, which makes the kitchen hotter and the fridge work harder. Give it ventilation, and keep it away from cooking equipment.
In hot rooms, tropical fridges hold temperature more reliably.
